A Jah-spirit.com guarantees that the packages will be delivered at the post offices in perfect conditions. Any damages or flaws detected should be immediately reported to Jah Spirit, having Jah Spirit the right to return it or not.
Jah Spirit only returns damaged items if is verified that the damaged wasn´t made by the client.
If the client wants to switch the item, the package should be delivered to Jah Spirit on the same conditions it was sent. Jah Spirit does not make money returns.
